The aim of this workshop is to explore the various options readily available to contractors to strengthen your workforce and enhance the delivery of NHS services. The session will focus on future Trainee Pharmacists and Designated Prescribing Practitioners (DPPs), alongside highlighting the resources and broader support available for the recruitment, training, and development of apprenticeships, Healthcare Assistants, and Pharmacy Technicians.
Additionally, the workshop will highlight opportunities to upskill the existing team using free resources, such as Virtual Outcomes, to improve their knowledge and competencies. Attendees will gain valuable insights into leveraging these roles and resources to maximise efficiency, enhance patient outcomes, and future-proof their pharmacy teams.
